what to do when you’re about to binge or when you’re fasting.
🌻 Number a paper 1-24 and add a little design before the one. Whenever an hour passed cut down/cross out a number. This shows you you’re so close to reaching your goal and it’s pretty motivating. I learned this from another account and it’s a good idea!
✨ Look at your stomach and suck it in. You can be that if you don’t eat those chips.
🌻Read some meanspo! I have one myself that I wrote awhile back if you want to read that and look at other meanspo!
✨Read a book, this will keep your focused.
🌻If you’re still in school, do extra credit or homework to keep yourself busy.
✨Watch some eating disorders movies lol.
🌻Watch TV, Movies,?YouTube videos.
✨Look at some thinspo.
🌻Everytime you have the urge to binge, drink 21 oz. of water and go walk.
✨Do light workouts or go for a nice long walk.
🌻Paint your nails, keeps you entertained and restricted from doing many things.
✨Go online shopping (you don’t have to buy) but it keeps you entertained.
🌻Go on Pinterest.
✨Drink some tea and water, it’s all pretty filling.
🌻Chew on crushed ice.
✨Chew on sugar free gum.
🌻If you don’t need to eat it then don’t eat it.
